Returns Only if:
Due to the nature of custom embroidery and specialized work, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order if the embroidered product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.). and the customer must contact me by email or phone within 24 hours of delivery. If it has been determined to issue a refund, you will receive an email with further instructions explaining the return process.
NOTE: Thread Colors:
Notice About Colors: We are not responsible for variations between your design and the actual final ink or thread colors used. We do our best to provide you with visual samples during the per-approval process of your design and do not guarantee 100% color matching of the original design.
Custom Logos: No refund on custom orders unless the material is flawed.
Garment Sizing Garment sizing can vary among manufacturers and styles. If you need sizing information, you may request the supplier catalog specifications for sizing purposes or you may purchase a sample of a specific item by ordering one. You can always contact us for any questions regarding sizing also. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes, style or color.
Specialized Order Cancellations:
Cancellations on orders after 3 days will be charged a 30% restocking free on the entire order.
